Statement of Income Tax Return for Mortgage Interest

The statement for the first quarter 2020 will be forwarded to the RA SRC by Evocabank itself.

This procedure will be executed automatically without any additional actions by the borrowers.

The Bank will send another scanned copy of the statement to the borrower's e-mail.

Still, the borrower should personally forward to the e-mail of SRCat [email protected] the following documents:

• Scanned version of the borrower's and co-borrower's passport (identification card),
• Scanned version of the Statement filed by the Bank,
• Template form filled out electronically,
• Filled out and scanned version of Application:
  • for a loan made prior to January 1, 2018,
    OR
  • for a loan made after January 1, 2018.
    The AMD 1,000 fee payable for issuing a statement will be automatically charged by the Bank from the borrower's account. Those failing to have such an amount on their bank account will have to pay the sum when making their next loan repayment.

The individuals applying to the RA SRC for the first time should file the hard copies of their application, Bank statement and other necessary documents.
