Pursuant to Decision No. 05 BG A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated June 30, 2025, Evocabank (“EVOCABANK” OJSC) and Wilco (“WILCO” LLC) have been united into a single financial group under the name Evoca.

Evocabank has been designated as the responsible entity of the Evoca Financial Group.
