- Certificate of real property ownership in Armenia
- Employment contract made in Armenia
- A bank deposit with Evocabank of a 6-month and longer maturity in the amount of at least USD 20,000, Euro 20,000, RUB 1,500,000 or AMD 10,000,000
- A certificate of state registration of a sole proprietor (SP) in Armenia
- A certificate of state registration of a legal entity in Armenia
- Passport
- International passport
- Source of income (tax return for the previous year, agreement on sale or lease of real property, shares or securities)
- Charter (for non-residents – charter or another document replacing it)
- Certificate of state registration (for non-residents – a certificate issued by a competent body of the country in question and a document certifying the entity’s registration with tax authorities which is issued by a relevant body in the country of registration)
- Taxpayer identification number (TIN) if such information is missing from the certificate of state registration
- Passports or ID cards of CEO, chief accountant as well as excerpts from orders on their appointment unless information about the CEO is available in the certificate of registration in state register (for non-residents – passport(s) of CEO and a document on appointment to positions based on decisions of a competent body)
- Passports or ID cards of account holders
Beneficiaries need to submit the following documents
- If the beneficiary is an individual – copies of a passport or an ID card
- If the beneficiary is a legal entity, the copies of the documents specified in points 2), 3), and 4) (for non-residents – the documents mentioned in points 2) and 3) of the list of documents
- Financial statements of the company for the previous year and auditor’s opinion
- License if the company’s activities are subject to licensing.
For individuals

- Online identification via video call
Upon receipt of the full package of documents, we will notify you of the time and manner of initiating a video call for online identification. Before the video call, other documents may be required as well. After a positive decision of the Bank, you will need to transfer at least USD 50 to the newly opened account with Evocabank.
The new account will become active only after the specified payment has been successfully received and accessible. You will receive information electronically about receiving the transferred amount.
