Uniting a team around a common idea is the most powerful means to convert it into reality

In an interview with Banks.am Evocabank Management Board Chairman Karen Yeghiazaryan spoke about efficient time management, continuous learning, robust relations between the executive and team members and shared his personal experience. 

“I like the comparison of knowledge with a circle. The knowledge is the area inside the circle, while the area surrounding the circumference is our unawareness. As the circle of knowledge grows, so does its circumference, which means, the more we come to know, the more we realize what we don't know”, said Karen Yeghiazaryan.
