Evocabank Completed Placement of Bonds

The total amount of the newly issued bonds is AMD 2 billion and USD 10 million.

The Bank has placed 200,000 dram-denominated and 100,000 USD-denominated bonds. Coupons will be paid on a quarterly basis - once every three months, yielding 11% and 5% per year respectively, maturing in 30 months

Evocabank bonds were also available for online sale through Bank’s EvocaTOUCH app.
