Evoca completed placement of bonds

The total amount of the newly issued bonds is AMD 3 billion and USD 15 million.

The Bank has placed 300,000 dram-denominated and 150,000 USD-denominated bonds. Coupons will be paid on a quarterly basis - once every three months, yielding 10% and 5% per year respectively, maturing in 36 months.

Evocabank bonds were also available online through the Bank’s EvocaTOUCH app.
