Annual interest rates on mortgage loans under the National Mortgage Company program are:

  • 10.3% - for purchase or development of real estate*,
  • 11.8% - for renovation**.

Nominal annual interest rates on Energy efficient mortgage loans under National Mortgage Company phase 4 program, are:

  • 9.3% - for purchase or development of real estate**,
  • 10.8% -for renovation***.

The maximum repayment period for both programs is 20 years.

Loans are available from our Head Office or branches (except for Erebuni branch).


* Factual annual interest rate-11.07% -14.28%,
** Factual annual interest rate - 10.02%,
*** Factual annual interest rate - 12.15%.
