Branch Manager

What will you be doing?

• identify customer needs, ensure a personalized approach, and fully satisfy them through provided services;
• organize the provision of high-quality banking services at the branch;
• manage operational risks and ensure compliance with internal bank policies and regulations;
• attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones;
• actively carry out sales of banking products and promote cross-selling;
• achieve the financial and operational goals set for the branch and ensure profitable and sustainable performance;
• manage the branch team effectively, including staff selection, training, motivation, and continuous performance monitoring.

What skills are we looking for? 

• higher education in economics or finance;
• 5 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record in management;
• excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation, customer service, and lending processes;
• strong negotiation and conflict management skills;
• excellent knowledge of the AS-Bank system;
• advanced leadership skills;
• decision-making ability;
• problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment;
• analytical mindset;
• ability to work in a team;
• excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
