What will you be doing?
- identify customer needs, ensure a personalized approach, and fully satisfy them through provided services;
- organize the provision of high-quality banking services at the branch;
- manage operational risks and ensure compliance with internal bank policies and regulations;
- attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones;
- actively carry out sales of banking products and promote cross-selling;
- achieve the financial and operational goals set for the branch and ensure profitable and sustainable performance;
- manage the branch team effectively, including staff selection, training, motivation, and continuous performance monitoring.
What skills are we looking for?
- higher education in economics or finance;
- 5 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record in management;
- excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation, customer service, and lending processes;
- strong negotiation and conflict management skills;
- excellent knowledge of the AS-Bank system;
- advanced leadership skills;
- decision-making ability;
- problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment;
- analytical mindset;
- ability to work in a team;
- excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
