Business Analyst

Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating collaboration with business partners, analyzing pricing strategies, evaluating profitability and ensuring effective management of contractual relationships, contributing to the Bank’s profitability and competitive position.

What will you be doing?

• maintain and develop relationships with the bank’s business partners in the area of payment collaborations;
• analyze the performance of partnerships by evaluating revenue, costs and profitability;
• develop and periodically review pricing policies, conducting competitive analysis;
• participate in the drafting, review and approval of contracts;
• analyze market trends and competitors’ offerings;
• propose new business models and partnership formats;
• monitor financial flows and performance indicators related to partners;
• prepare reports for management (KPIs, profitability, trends);
• collaborate with internal departments (legal, risk, finance, etc.);
• participate in the development and implementation of new products and services within the scope of partner collaborations.

What skills are we looking for?

• bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field;
• at least two years of professional experience in business analysis, finance or banking;
• strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data;
• skills in financial modeling and performing calculations;
• effective business communication and collaboration skills;
• negotiation skills and the ability to represent interests effectively;
• high attention to detail and accuracy;
• time management skills and the ability to set priorities effectively.
