Internal Auditor

Role description:

Evoca is seeking an Internal Auditor who will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the management system, risk management and internal control system. The role will involve participating in conducting audits and reviews within the bank’s structural and territorial units and assessing the effectiveness of the internal control system.

What will you be doing?

• participate in the planning process of audit reviews;
• conduct audit reviews;
• prepare reports based on audit results;
• present recommendations aimed at mitigating identified risks and eliminating non-conformities;
• perform follow-up on the instructions given based on audit results.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in economics, management or finance;
• at least two years of work experience in the banking or financial sector as an auditor;
• knowledge of the regulatory framework governing banking activities in the RA;
• familiarity with the Central Bank’s normative legal acts;
• professional knowledge of risk management and internal control systems;
• professional qualifications (at least CIA Part 1, or ACCA Level 4);
• ability to perform financial analyses;
• strong ability to think quickly and make decisions;
• excellent command of English and Russian.
