Internal Communication Specialist

Role description:

Evoca is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join the HR Department and lead company-wide internal communications. The role focuses on creating clear, engaging and consistent communication that keeps employees informed, connected and aligned with Evoca’s strategy, values and priorities, while also supporting selected external communication activities in collaboration with relevant teams.

What will you be doing?

• develop and implement communication plans and activities aligned with the Bank’s business objectives and brand strategy;
• create and coordinate communication content for internal and external channels, including website, social media, press releases and other communication platforms;
• prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, corporate news and other communication materials;
• coordinate communication with media representatives, journalists and other external partners;
• monitor media coverage, market trends and public perception of the Bank, analyze collected data;
• support the organization and promotion of the Bank’s events, campaigns and initiatives;
• coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistent and timely communication of the Bank’s products, services and initiatives;
• support internal communication activities aimed at keeping employees informed and engaged;
• monitor the implementation and effectiveness of communication activities, prepare reports and recommendations to manager.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field;
• at least 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications or a related field;
• experience in developing communication content for digital and traditional media;
• knowledge of communication and PR practices, media relations and content development;
• strong writing, editing and presentation skills;
• strong organizational skills and results-oriented approach;
• excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• initiative and sense of responsibility;
• good knowledge of English and Russian.
