Role description:

What skills are we looking for?
- higher education;
- at least 1 year of work experience in customer service within the banking sector;
- excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and customer service processes;
- good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
- sales and customer acquisition skills;
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- customer-oriented and caring approach;
- willingness and ability to learn quickly;
- strong sense of initiative and responsibility;
- excellent command of Russian and English languages.
