2000 – Graduated from Moscow State University of Ways of Communication (MIIT), Moscow, Russia, with an MSc in Computer Science.

2021 – Obtained a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Institute of Directors (IoD), London, United Kingdom.

Completed executive education and professional programs in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundations), Financial Management, Product Management, Project Management, Product Development, and Sales & Marketing Management.

CAREER 

1998–2000 – Founded Simpo, a software development and IT consulting company (acquired by AGENTSTVO KONTAKT) . 

2000–2004 – Served as Chief Information Officer at AGENTSTVO KONTAKT. 

2004–2005 – Founded KeyStaff Solutions, an AI-driven recruitment technology company (acquired by HeadHunter Group).

2006–2008 – Served as Head of Corporate Development and Transformation at HeadHunter Group (became part of Mail.Ru Group).

2008–2010 – Worked at DST Advisors (DST was subsequently renamed Mail.Ru Group) as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Advisor.

2010–2013 – Founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Essential Commerce Ltd.

2013–2017 – Served as Chief Executive Officer & Head of Product at Nanosemantics Lab.

2017–2021 – Served as Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at MTS Group.

2019 – Contributed to the development of the National AI Strategy 2030, participated in the Federal AI Project, and co-founded the AI Alliance.

2022–2024 – Served as Managing Partner at DOCET TI.

2022–Present – Serves as Innovation Advisor at SKB Kontur.

2022–Present – Founder of True Click Technologies.

2024–Present – Chairman of the Board of Directors of MARSHALL.

2026 – Serves as Chairman of the Technology Committee of Byte Transit.
