On June 30, the annual general meeting of Bank shareholders was held at the Head office of Evocabank, attended by shareholders, invited guests, Bank Board and Management Board members.
On the agenda, among other matters, the Board members' composition was approved as follows :
- Felix Dilanyan
- Gagik Nersisyan
- Gegham Gevorgyan
- Yeghishe Hamazaspyan.
Simultaneously, during the general meeting the new edition of the Bank's Charter was as well approved.
