Evocabank has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Armenia (CCI France Armenia) aimed at boosting the economic activities of French companies in Armenia and strengthening relationships between the two countries.
As part of the collaboration, Evocabank will deliver more favorable banking services to French companies running their business or intending to settle in Armenia.
The Chamber, in its turn, will promote the building of business relationships between Evocabank and French companies, as well as the presentation of the Bank's services outside Armenia.
Evocabank C.E.O. Karen Yeghiazaryan said: “Cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Armenia is a strategic milestone for Evocabank towards expansion of the Bank’s business relations, international cooperation, and development of the Armenian economy. We are confident that this cooperation will lead to new successful projects, further enhancing Evocabank’s role in supporting the growth of both Armenian and French businesses. I would like to express my appreciation to the CCI France Armenia team for their trust, and we look forward to a long-term, effective partnership.”
President of CCI France Armenia Tigran Arakelian said: “Evocabank has become a leading banking player in the Armenian market. We will increase our cooperation with the Bank by further integrating it into the French corporate environment. Subsidiaries of French companies and distributors of French brands will benefit from this cooperation, which will increase France's economic presence and the range of French products available on the Armenian market.
Evocabank is an important new partner for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Armenia, and will contribute to the development of Franco-Armenian trade relations. I extend my gratitude to Evocabank director, Karen Yeghiazaryan, for his efforts in this direction.”
This memorandum has been signed in the presence of Jean Mazedjian (CEO Amundi-ACBA), Aram Khachatryan (Co-founder of Galaxy Group), Karen Shakhmouradian (Co-owner of Renault Armenia), and Vatche Arsene (COO Yerevan City).
