Evocabank is the General Partner of FinComm Armenia 2026

Organized by the Mediamax media company, the conference focused on developments of communications in financial sector and was held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Banks.am portal. Founded in 2006, Banks.am was established to provide the public with credible and comprehensive information regarding the financial industry.

Two panel discussions on the topic of "From Press Release to Push Notification: The Evolution of Banking Communications" and "Lessons in Building Trust" were held in the framework of the conference.

Lucy Sarukhanyan, Head of Marketing and PR Department at Evocabank, participated in the first panel discussion. During the session, industry professionals addressed key transformations in banking communications, tracing the shift from traditional press releases and media relations tools toward digital platforms and push notifications.

During the discussion, Lucy Sarukhanyan noted: "Banking communication is also being transformed alongside the development of information technologies. Technologies have naturally brought changes, mostly positive ones. In our bank, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) is encouraged in various directions, including marketing and PR. Recently, the management of Evocabank participated in a training course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), through which we became acquainted with various tools that we now apply in our daily work. At Evocabank, we have clearly outlined the boundaries for using AI tools. We have defined for ourselves what is acceptable and what is not."”.

FinComm Armenia 2026 brought together financial sector and communication specialists on a single platform to discuss the industry's evolving communication toolsets, emerging opportunities, and current challenges.
