Evocabank and Norakaruyc.am Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation
The new digital solution will allow users to choose an apartment and apply for a mortgage on a single platform.

Evocabank and the Norakaruyc.am platform have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at simplifying and accelerating the processes of apartment purchase and mortgage financing.
As a result of this partnership, Norakaruyc.am users will not only be able to access comprehensive information about apartments in new residential buildings, but will also be able to directly contact the real estate developer and the Bank from the platform to receive consultations and submit mortgage loan applications.
The platform displays apartment floor plans, available financing options, monthly payment amounts, and repayment schedules. By completing the required information, users can automatically forward their applications to both the developer and Evocabank.
"This innovative solution makes it possible to combine all stages of property selection and financing into a single digital platform. Thanks to this, we can significantly reduce both the customer's time and the paperwork involved. Our initiative is specifically aimed at transforming market practices and the entire home-buying process, making it considerably faster, more convenient, and fully digital for customers. The partnership with Norakaruyc.am allows us to integrate all of the Bank's mortgage products into one platform, enabling every customer to choose the option that best suits their needs and capabilities,"- said Stepan Avetisyan, Head of Retail Banking Division at Evocabank.
"From now on, more than 2,500 daily users of the Norakaruyc.am platform will be able to choose their preferred apartment, undergo the identification process, and apply for a mortgage loan online, all within a single platform. Since 2019, our experience has shown that by expanding digital tools, we achieve more efficient and faster sales with our partner developers. The initiative is designed to simplify and speed up the home-buying process, reducing the volume of physical visits and paperwork, while ensuring a more convenient and modern service for customers," said Sergey Khachatryan, Founder of the Norakaruyc.am platform.
