Card Products Digitalization Specialist

Evoca is looking for a Card and Card Products Digitalization Specialist who will be responsible for the digital development of the bank’s card products, implementation of innovative solutions, and digitalization of card-related processes.

What will you be doing?

• develop and improve digital solutions for the bank’s card products;
• implement the digitalization of card services and processes;
• study card products and technological solutions used in the banking system of the Republic of Armenia and in international markets;
• participate in card product integration and system implementation processes;
• present proposals for creating new card products or improving existing ones;
• collaborate with business, technical and partner organizations;
• participate in the testing and improvement processes of card products.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in high technologies or the financial sector;
• at least 2 years of work experience in banking or in the development/digitalization of card products;
• knowledge of modern digital technologies and product management programs;
• PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certification will be considered an advantage;
• ability to develop the product creation cycle: idea generation, revenue assessment and pricing evaluation;
• knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services will be considered an advantage;
• excellent knowledge of Russian and English;
• teamwork and communication skills;
• initiative and a high sense of responsibility.
