What will you be doing?

• establishing and developing long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing large corporate clients, as well as actively attracting new key accounts from the market;
• effectively managing the large corporate client portfolio, while continuously monitoring their financial indicators and business development trends;
• conducting comprehensive analysis of corporate clients' business needs, actively presenting banking products and services, driving cross-selling, and proposing tailor-made financial packages;
• ensuring effective communication and close collaboration with other departments of the Bank to fulfill corporate clients' banking needs promptly and with high quality;
• accurately and timely executing strategic assignments, target KPIs, and ongoing tasks assigned by the Head of Division.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education (preferably in economics, finance, banking, or related fields);
• at least 5 years of work experience in client attraction, service, and lending (practical experience in both client attraction and lending is required);
• comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of banking, corporate products (loans, trade finance, guarantees, letters of credit), financial analysis, and relevant industry legislation;
• strong effective communication and high-level negotiation skills with C-level executives;
• ability to analyze business financial indicators, assess risks, and make strategic decisions;
• strong skills in effective conflict management, problem resolution, and high level of stress resistance;
• excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
