Digital Integrations Development Specialist

Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Digital Integrations Development Specialist to contribute to the development of the Bank's digital ecosystem by designing, implementing and enhancing integrations with internal and external systems and partner organizations. The role also involves supporting the successful implementation of new digital services through effective integration solutions.

What will you be doing?

• design, implement and develop digital integrations in line with the Bank's digital transformation strategy;
• plan, coordinate and implement integrations with internal and external systems, as well as partner organizations;
• coordinate the implementation and development of APIs, QR-based solutions and other digital integration technologies;
• gather, analyze and align business and functional requirements for integration projects with relevant stakeholders;
• develop proposals for implementing new integration solutions or enhancing existing ones;
• prepare and oversee the implementation roadmap for integration projects;
• coordinate collaboration with partner financial institutions and technology companies on integration initiatives;
• research, plan and continuously improve digital integration solutions.

What skills are we looking for?

• bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Economics or another relevant field;
• at least 3 years of professional experience in the banking, financial or technology sector, with a focus on digital integrations, digital products or project implementation;
• PMP, Product Owner, or Scrum Master certification will be considered an advantage;
• experience in project planning and roadmap development;
• proven ability to coordinate projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and technology partners;
• knowledge of the banking legislation and banking services of the Republic of Armenia will be considered an advantage;
• ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• strong organizational and leadership skills;
• proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
• excellent command of English and Russian.
