Financial Markets Management Specialist

What will you be doing?

• implement initiatives aimed at developing foreign exchange operations and increasing transaction volumes;
• attract new clients and develop business relationships with existing clients;
• conduct negotiations with clients and present foreign exchange offers;
• monitor market exchange rates, trends and competitors’ offerings to identify new sales opportunities;
• calculate and provide foreign exchange rates;
• ensure the effective management of the Bank’s foreign exchange position;
• execute foreign exchange transactions and ensure their accuracy.

What skills are we looking for?

• university degree in Economics, Finance or a related field;
• at least 2 years of work experience in the banking or financial sector;
• strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze market data;
• excellent negotiation and business relationship management skills;
• ability to attract clients and drive sales;
• strong numerical skills and the ability to work with financial data and perform calculations;
• knowledge of English and Russian;
• strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
