Installment Documentation Specialist

Role description:

Evoca is seeking an Installment Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service at Evoca’s installment lending point located in Homplex Hyper Mall. The specialist will effectively present the relevant products offered by the bank to customers.

What will you be doing?

• identify and address customers’ needs;
• provide customers with the necessary information;
• organize the installment loan processing procedure;
• issue gift cards;
• sell banking products;
• attract potential customers.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in economics, management or finance;
• knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge of the AS-Bank 4.0 system will be considered an advantage);
• work experience in customer service (considered an advantage);
• knowledge of RA banking legislation (considered an advantage);
• communicate effectively with customers and provide high-quality service;
• conduct negotiations and manage conflicts;
• learn quickly and demonstrate willingness to learn;
• show initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
