Loan Monitoring Senior Specialist

Evoca is seeking a Loan Monitoring Senior Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring borrowers’ financial condition, conducting ongoing loan monitoring, preparing reports and assessing clients’ creditworthiness to ensure a healthy loan portfolio.

What will you be doing?

• monitor borrowers’ financial condition and identify early any factors negatively affecting loan repayment capacity in accordance with the bank’s internal regulations;
• prepare and maintain schedules for ongoing loan monitoring;
• ensure implementation of ongoing loan monitoring activities;
• prepare monitoring reports and present results to relevant stakeholders;
• assess and analyze clients’ creditworthiness in cases defined by internal regulations;
• analyze department activities, develop new approaches and methods, and present improvement proposals;
• manage document flow and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping processes;
• ensure fulfillment of departmental tasks and assignments given by the head of the department.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in economics or mathematics;
• work experience in relevant or related fields;
• computer skills, good knowledge of MS excel;
• good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian;
• communication and teamwork skills;
• ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• analytical and research skills;
• accuracy and sense of responsibility.
