Mortgage Lending and Documentation Specialist

Role description:

Evoca is seeking an Mortgage Lending and Documentation Specialist (in Metsamor) who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the Bank's mortgage lending process on-site at the developer's sales office. The Specialist will provide customer service, perform preliminary creditworthiness assessments, collect and verify documents, generate and submit loan applications to Head Office, as well as ensure end-to-end support throughout mortgage transactions.

What will you be doing?

• providing consultation to customers regarding mortgage lending terms, requirements, and procedures,
• conducting preliminary assessment of customers' creditworthiness,
• accepting, processing loan applications, and collecting necessary information,
• collecting, pre-checking, and ensuring the completeness of documents required for lending,
• timely transferring collected documents and loan applications to the Bank's Head Office,
• coordinating further communication with customers and the process of completing/submitting required documents,
• organizing notary attestations and accompanying clients within mortgage transactions in Metsamor,
• ensuring effective cooperation and information exchange between the developer's sales office and relevant Bank departments,
• promptly servicing client requests and inquiries in accordance with the Bank's internal procedures,
• ensuring compliance with internal regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and data confidentiality,
• preparing and submitting necessary information and reports on executed work.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education (preferably in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field),
• at least 1 year of work experience in the banking sector (preferably in mortgage lending or credit operations),
• knowledge of mortgage lending procedures and key requirements,
• skills in working with loan documents and managing documentation flow,
• effective communication and negotiation skills,
• high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail,
• ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
• good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel),
• excellent knowledge of Armenian (knowledge of Russian is desirable),
• readiness to work in Metsamor / Armavir region,
• strong commitment to maintaining banking secrecy, data privacy, and internal compliance standards.
