Evoca is looking for a Notary Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for the authentication and validation of contracts and attached documents prepared by the department.

What will you be doing?

  • organizing and coordinating the validation, notary authentication, and state registration processes of contracts and attached documents prepared by the department;
  • ensuring effective communication and coordination between the Bank, clients, and notary offices for contract authentication purposes;
  • ensuring the completeness, proper collection, and assembly of contract packages following notary authentication;
  • accurately and timely executing instructions and daily tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

What skills are we looking for?

  • higher education (preferably in Economics, Finance, or a related field);
  • at least 1 year of work experience in the banking sector;
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of AS-Bank will be considered an advantage);
  • excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of Russian and English;
  • ability to work and collaborate effectively within a team;
  • strong problem-solving skills, quick orientation, and ability to make independent decisions.
