Operational Risk Management Specialist

Role description:

Evoca is seeking an Operational Risk Management Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring the bank’s operational risks, including the implementation of KRIs and RCSAs, as well as assessing the risks of new banking products.

What will you be doing?

• Assessment of operational risks;
• Development and review of internal legal/regulatory documents;
• Implementation and improvement of internal control mechanisms;
• Organization and execution of the RCSA process;
• Development, implementation and management of KRI indicators;
• Conducting stress tests related to operational risks;
• Assessment of operational risks within the framework of introducing new banking products;
• Support for the implementation of operational risk monitoring and alerting systems.

What skills are we looking for?

• university degree in economics or finance;
• Work experience in operational risk management or customer service;
• Ability to develop and improve risk management models;
• Negotiation skills;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
