Role description:

Evoca is looking for an Operations Systems Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, administration and development of the information and operational systems used in the bank. The role also involves supporting bank employees in the effective use of these systems.

What will you be doing?

  • administration and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the AS-Bank 4.0 system;
  • operation of system modules and implementation of updates;
  • user registration and management of access rights and permissions;
  • installation and configuration of system modules on employees’ workstations;
  • provision and recovery of passwords in cooperation with the IT Security Department;
  • implementation of accounting configurations;
  • configuration of data export formats (MS Word, MS Excel, HTML, TXT);
  • identification of issues and submission of improvement suggestions;
  • employee training and continuous technical support.

What skills are we looking for?

  • higher education (preferably in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics or related fields);
  • at least 3 years of experience in administration of the AS-Bank 4.0 system;
  • strong knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 system structure, modules and configuration mechanisms;
  • advanced general IT knowledge (operating systems, networks, databases);
  • experience in server and network infrastructure management;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • knowledge of data security and backup processes;
  • good teamwork and communication skills;
  • high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
