Project Manager

Role description:

Evoca is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will manage banking and IT projects, ensuring their effective planning, coordination, implementation and successful completion. What will you be doing?

• participate in the planning process of audit reviews;
• manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure;
• develop and monitor project plans, timelines, progress, risks and dependencies;
• coordinate the work of various bank departments, IT teams, vendors and partners;
• participate in collecting and clarifying business requirements and aligning solutions;
• organize project meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions and task execution;
• prepare project status reports and present them to management;
• ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in economics, management or finance;
• at least 2 years of work experience in a bank;
• practical experience in project management;
• mandatory experience working with ArmSoft / Armenian Software systems;
• mandatory experience working on IT projects or in an IT environment;
• knowledge of banking processes and systems;
• demonstration of analytical thinking and ability to solve problems in a structured way;
• demonstration of excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills and results-oriented approach to work;
• good knowledge of Armenian and Russian (knowledge of English considered an advantage);
• experience in working with Jira, Confluence or other project management tools;
• experience with business requirements formalization, testing/UAT and process management;
• holding PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or other professional certifications (considered an advantage).
