Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Salary Projects Responsible who will organize and ensure the effective sale, implementation and ongoing servicing of the Bank’s salary projects in cooperation with corporate clients, while ensuring process accuracy, compliance with deadlines and continuous project development.

What will you be doing?

  • present and sell the Bank’s salary projects to existing and new corporate clients;
  • organize and oversee the full lifecycle of salary projects, from initiation to implementation and launch;
  • ensure the smooth execution of implemented projects and adherence to deadlines;
  • analyze card activity and turnover within salary projects;
  • initiate proposals for project development or revitalization;
  • organize on-site card distribution for employees and provide advisory support to clients.

What skills are we looking for?

  • higher education in Economics, Management, or Finance;
  • at least 1 year of work experience in the banking or financial sector (preferably in salary project sales/management or corporate client relations);
  • sales, negotiation and corporate client relationship skills;
  • ability to manage projects and control processes;
  • strong analytical thinking and data-handling skills;
  • knowledge of documentation flow and internal procedures;
  • high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.
