Role description:
Evoca is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Management Specialist who will be responsible for analyzing credit risks and credit applications, providing expert opinions on the reviewed applications, participating in the development of internal regulations and scoring systems, and contributing to the creation of creditworthiness assessment mechanisms for new lending products.

What will you be doing?
- review of analyzed credit applications and provision of conclusions;
- participation in the process of updating and improving the Bank’s internal regulatory acts;
- involvement in the development of new credit products, including defining creditworthiness assessment criteria and providing expert opinions;
- participation in the development, maintenance, and testing of scoring systems;
- review and development of internal regulatory documents related to credit risk;
- monitoring of credit portfolio concentrations;
- calculation and supervision of the Central Bank’s prudential ratios and internal limits;
- research of external sources and reporting potential risks related to the Bank and/or its clients to the immediate supervisor;
- oversight of monitoring processes;
- conducting other necessary analyses related to the credit portfolio.
What skills are we looking for?
- higher education in Economics or Finance;
- at least 2 years of professional experience in the banking sector (experience in lending will be considered an advantage);
- strong financial analysis skills;
- good knowledge of creditworthiness assessment principles;
- knowledge of banking legislation;
- basic knowledge of tax legislation;
- good command of MS Excel;
- knowledge of working with SQL databases will be considered an advantage;
- ability to search for and analyze necessary information from external sources, including the internet;
- strong communication and negotiation skills;
- effective teamwork skills;
- stress resistance.
