Role description:
Evoca is looking for a Info Consultant who will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and effectively presenting banking products.

What will you be doing?
- customer needs assessment and fulfillment;
- delivery of information to customers;
- sales of banking products and services;
- customer acquisition.
What skills are we looking for?
- university degree;
- good command of MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program will be a plus);
- professional experience in customer service field will be a plus;
- knowledge of Armenian banking legislation will be a plus;
- outstanding communication and customer service skills;
- customer-oriented approach;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- ability and desire to learn quickly;
- initiative and high sense of responsibility;
- excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
