Role description:
Evoca is looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems, efficiently resolving technical issues, and maintaining the network infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
- identify and manage of technical issues;
- ensure smooth functioning of the equipment;
- manage system access;
- provide continuous technical support;
- execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What skills are we looking for?
- higher technical education;
- at least a year’s work experience in the IT field;
- excellent knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN;
- good knowledge of operating systems, network computing and hardware;
- command of technical English will be a big plus;
- advanced communication skills;
- flexibility and strong practical mind;
- ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- proven ability to meet deadlines.
