Card Products Specialist

Role description:

Evoca is seeking a Card Products Specialist who will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of card products. The role will involve participating in the analysis of market participants, products, and processes, as well as developing and presenting proposals for the improvement of card products and services.

What will you be doing?

• participate in the development, implementation and enhancement of card products;
• conduct market research and analyze competitors’ card product offerings;
• collaborate with relevant Bank units to introduce new products and improve existing ones;
• analyze card product performance indicators and prepare reports and recommendations;
• participate in the development of promotional and marketing campaigns for card products;
• ensure compliance of card products with payment system requirements;
• develop and update internal documents, procedures and regulations related to card products;
• participate in the development and management of partnership programs.

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in Finance, Banking, Management or a related field;
• at least 1–3 years of work experience in card business, product development or retail banking services;
• knowledge of card products, payment systems and banking services;
• proficiency in data analysis, report preparation and MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
• analytical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility;
• strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills;
• ability to effectively manage time and make decisions;
• excellent command of Armenian and good command of English and Russian.
