Call Center Specialist (Day Shift)

Required qualifications:

  • university degree;
  • at least a year's professional experience at bank as a Call center specialist;
  • good knowledge of electronic communication software like Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, etc;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • customer-oriented approach;
  • negotiation and conflict management skills;
  • fast orientation;
  • initiative and high sense of responsibility;
  • excellent knowledge of Russian and English (oral and written).

Job responsibilities:

  • answer customer’s phone calls and provide necessary information;
  • identification of customer needs, consultation through phone calls, electronic media and communication software;
  • checking up, processing and implementing customer messages received from remote service systems;
  • preparation and presentation of relevant reports;
  • implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
