Call Center Specialist (Day Shift)

Required qualifications:
- university degree;
- at least a year's professional experience at bank as a Call center specialist;
- good knowledge of electronic communication software like Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, etc;
- excellent communication skills;
- customer-oriented approach;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- fast orientation;
- initiative and high sense of responsibility;
- excellent knowledge of Russian and English (oral and written).
Job responsibilities:
- answer customer’s phone calls and provide necessary information;
- identification of customer needs, consultation through phone calls, electronic media and communication software;
- checking up, processing and implementing customer messages received from remote service systems;
- preparation and presentation of relevant reports;
- implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
