Digital Service Specialist (Evening Shift)

Required qualifications:

  • university degree in economics or finance;
  • at least a year's professional experience in the field;
  • excellent command of Armenian banking legislation;
  • good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
  • negotiation and conflict management skills;
  • customer-oriented approach;
  • ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
  • excellent command of Russian and English.

Job responsibilities:

  • proceed customer applications submitted through online systems;
  • implement transactions by fast money transfer systems;
  • implement other online services provided by the Bank;
  • reply to messages sent by clients via online systems;
  • in case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the;
  • in case of suspicious transactions or rejected ones, contact the customer and provide details about the rejection ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
  • implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
