Work schedule Mon-Fry: 5:30pm - 9:30pm,Sat: 10am-5:30pm

Required qualifications:

  • higher education;
  • at least a year's professional experience in customer service;
  • excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and customer service processes;
  • good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
  • advanced skills of customer acquisition and sales;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • ability and desire to learn quickly;
  • initiative and high sense of responsibility;
  • good command of Russian and English languages.


Job responsibilities:

  • customer acquisition;
  • identification and fulfillment of customer’s needs;
  • implementation of customer service;
  • sales of banking products.
