Garage Masters' Mall Gift Card
Exciting, interesting and useful experience in a single gift card.
- The card will be issued free of charge.
- The Card may be loaded via the Bank’s and other banks payment terminals; no fee will be charged for loading it via the Bank’s payment terminals.
- No interest on the card account balance will be payable by the Bank.
- The Card will be valid until the last day of the month specified on the front of the Card.
- The gift card recipient must visit the Bank with an identity document to sign a Payment Card Agreement thus activating the Card.
- If during the card validity the Gift card recipient fails to visit the Bank for card activation, the card amount will not be returned.
- Upon expiry of the activated card, the Bank will start charging monthly service fee at 10 (ten) % of card account balance as of the expiry date.
- The remaining amount may be provided solely by transferring the amount to another gift card, based on the Customer’s/card recipient-cardholder’s application. Please note that the card amount may be transferred solely in case the Gift Card is already linked to the Customer and is expired, lost, or damaged. The Bank will charge a relevant fee for processing the transaction.
- The Bank will not be responsible for the losses incurred by the Applicant if they were due to the access of a third party to the Card and PIN-code or expiry of the Card validity.
- The Bank will not be held responsible for the events beyond the reasonable control of the Bank.
- The Applicant must explain the rules of using the Gift Card and these Terms to the gift recipient.
- The Applicant consents to receiving promotional and informational messages from the Bank.
- The Bank and the Applicant will be responsible in cases and manner prescribed by the RA legislation.
- The Bank and the Applicant will be released from fulfilling their obligations in cases of occurrence of and during the force-majeure as acknowledged by the RA legislation.
- Issues not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by other internal legal acts of the Bank.
- Disputes and disagreements arising under this Application-Agreement shall be resolved through mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the RA legislation.
