SMS reminder service

To increase the quality and convenience of customer service, The Bank has introduced an SMS reminder system. Starting from May 1, 2016, the Bank's customers - creditors, depositors and cardholders will be additionally notified on upcoming repayments of their loans and overdrafts, expiry dates of their deposit contracts through SMS reminders. The service is provided free of any charge.

Customers whose phone numbers have been changed, or who don’t wish to receive SMS reminders, may come to The Bank and fill in a written the application to change their phone numbers or to waive SMS service.
