Loan officer

Required qualifications:

• university degree in economics or finance;
• at least a year's professional experience as a business and consumer loan officer;
• excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures;
• good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
• outstanding communication and customer acquisition skills, advanced skills of sales plan implementation;
• negotiation and conflict management skills;
• analytical mind;
• good command of Russian and English languages.

Job responsibilities:

• undertake customer acquisition;
• perform active sales;
• provide consultation regarding the lending processes;
• receive and analyze loan applications;
• choose and review collateral;
• prepare and present relevant reports;
• track customers' payments.
