- The Card will be issued free of charge.
- The Card may be loaded via the Bank's and other bank's payment terminals; no fee will be charged for loading the Card if it is loaded via a payment terminal of the Bank. If the Card is ordered online, the bank/card account may be loaded via the EvocaTouch app or a V-Pos terminal.
- The Bank will not pay interest on the card account balance.
- The Card will be valid until the last day of the month specified on the front of the Card.
- The gift card recipient must visit the Bank with an identity document to sign a Debit card agreement thus activating the Card or apply online via “EVOCA TՕUCH’ app.
- If during the Card validity the Gift card recipient fails to visit the Bank for card activation, the Card amount will not be refunded.
- Upon expiry of the activated Card, the Bank will start charging monthly service fee at 10 (ten) % of card account balance as of the expiry date. For transferring the account balance, the Bank will charge a relevant fee for GIFT cards. If the Card has expired or is lost or damaged, the account balance may be provided to the holder solely by transferring it to another Gift card. This provision applies both to activated and unactivated GIFT cards.
- The Bank will not be held responsible for the losses incurred by the Applicant if they were due to the access of a third party to the Card or the PIN-code or expiry of the Card validity.
- The Bank will not be held responsible for the events beyond its reasonable control.
- Disputes and disagreements arising in connection with this Application-agreement shall be resolved through mutual agreement. If an agreement can’t be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the RA legislation.
- The Bank and the Applicant will be held responsible in cases and manner prescribed by the RA legislation.
- The Applicant consents to receiving promotional and informational messages from the Bank.
- The Bank and the Applicant will be temporarily released from fulfilling their obligations in cases of occurrence of and during the force-majeure as acknowledged by the RA legislation.
- The issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by other internal legal acts of the Bank.
