Eurovision Song Contest 2023 is the upcoming 67th edition of Eurovision song contest. The first contest took place on May 24, 1956 in Lugano with 7 countries participating in it. The first winner of Eurovision was Lys Assia from Switzerland having become popular across the globe. 

In the past, the contest's organizers have sometimes compelled countries to only sing in their own national languages, but with a passage of time no such restriction has existed and now songs can be performed in any language. 

Armenia debuted at Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 with the song “Without Your Love” performed by André.

During these 13 years Armenia has 7 times appeared among the top ten entries.

As in 2019, this year also Evocabank will act as a Eurovision broadcast sponsor of Armenia, trying to make it's small contribution to an important and widely recognized competition for our country.
