EXPLANATION

As a rule, two days prior to the due payment date each Evocabank borrower gets a short message and electronic letter reminding them of the payment due date.

Evocabank has been informed that some of its diligent borrowers received a letter from the Bank reminding them of their monthly payments in the old standard format. We regret the error and inconvenience caused to our borrowers.

Today all of them will receive the updated version of the reminder.

We would like to inform you that pursuant to the Bank statement, Evocabank from March 17 defers for a two-month period monthly payments on SingleTOUCH loans for ALL its diligent borrowers.

It means that all diligent SingleTOUCH loan borrowers whose payment due dates fall within the period March 17 to May 17, can make their loan payments after May 17 which will not be considered a delayed payment.

During such period no fines and penalties will be charged.

Apart from SingleTOUCH loan borrowers, other bona fide borrowers of the Bank enjoy Bank’s INDIVIDUAL METHOD of re-scheduling their payment dates based on their existing and potential revenues.

Please be also informed that as of March 31, the Bank has deferred loan payments at total amount of AMD 27 bln.
