Job responsibilities:

  • receive and organize the preliminary processing of documents;
  • implement the process of registration and account the outgoing documents;
  • provide advice to employees on ensuring document circulation;
  • set up and record board and credit committee meetings;
  • organize docflow sent from courier service;
  • implement other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

 Required qualifications:

  • university degree in finance;
  • at least one year of professional experience (experience in financial field will be a plus);
  • ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
  • initiative and sense of responsibility;
  • advanced communication skills;
  • good command of Russian and English languages.
