- The loans disbursed for residential property located in Yerevan will be subsidized by 2%
- The loans disbursed for residential property located in regions will be subsidized by 4%
If the loan is provided for purchase of residential property from the secondary market, the minimum prepayment amount is 10%, if the purchase is from the primary market, the minimum prepayment amount is 7.5%.
