The loan is intended for the construction of a residential house that meets the energy efficiency standards defined under the National Mortgage Company Energy - Efficient Construction Program.
The maximum amount of the loan can be 80% of the estimated amount of the construction works submitted by you. The mortgage loan is provided in installments (tranches), and the last installment of the loan should finance the last stage of construction works and should not exceed 20% of the loan amount.
